Shipments and Returns
Shipping of your package
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your package. The refund of your items will be effective after checking the parts.
No refund will be accepted in the event of an item that does not comply with the terms of the return (smell of tobacco perfume, label removed or defect on the garment). The shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
All packages must be returned AGAINST SIGNATURE, to ensure receipt of the package. Otherwise, no action will be possible if the La Poste group indicates that the package has been delivered and HAARDIE declares that it has not received any packages. Only the signature will cover and protect both parties.
The invoice must be attached to the package indicating on it the purpose of the return (exchange or refund and reason for return). We remind you that the invoice corresponds to the one received in PDF in the order confirmation by email and not the delivery note sent with the package.
All items on sale or promotion are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
The processing time for returns is 8 working days after receipt of the package.
